Lauren Bush

Owner and Founder
Gerontologist

Lauren Bush is a Gerontologist as well as the owner and lead functional training specialist of Time Is Now Health and Fitness LLC. She earned a Master of Science Degree in Gerontology from the University of Indianapolis and Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology form Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Lauren is a ACE certified Health Coach, Geriatric Fitness Specialist, and Functional Training Specialist. She is also a certified Rock Steady Boxing instructor, where she has gained knowledge and experience with adults diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. Lauren has a true calling and passsion for the older adult population. She has spent years expanding on her knowledge and is a firm believer that age should not impact quality of life. This in-depth knowledge combined with her passion for the Geriatric population has been her driving force in having an impact in the aging population!!

Tonia C. Vincent

MSN, RN

Tonia is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s in Nursing Leadership and Management who believes in using her diverse nursing experience to deliver efficient, comprehensive, and patient-driven holistic care. Tonia currently works as a Primary Care Manager at the Richard Roudebush VA Medical Center, where she has served our nation’s heroes for greater than 20 years. Tonia herself is a Iraqi War Veteran, and a retired MSgt of the United States Air Force , where she served as an aerospace medical technician. Tonia’s knowledge, experience, and character is a great asset to our team. She will assist with assessments and case management needs.

Ebony Cunningham

BSN, RN

Ebony has been a Registered Nurse for 4 years, but started her nursing journey as a nursing assistant. Ebony has spent her entire nursing career at the Richard Roudebush VA Medical Center, where she has worked in Med/Surg and is currently working in ICU. Ebony takes pride in serving our Nation’s heroes and is dedicated to providing outstanding care to every Veteran she encounters. Ebony believes that every peak and valley in her life has lead her to where she is today! Ebony strives to be a lifelong learner and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her character, passion, dedication, and drive is a great asset to our team. She will assist with assessments and case management needs.
